Core Vinyasa Yoga

Ompractice Class: This class will start slowly, shift the focus to building heat and end with cooling yin poses. Each class will have a specific theme or focus in order to balance the yin and yang aspects of the body. It’s appropriate for all levels, blocks and straps are encouraged.
