“I first met Val Minos when I began taking her Core Yoga class at the Flagstaff Aquaplex in November, 2017. I had never taken a yoga class, but after a Grand Canyon river trip last fall, was encouraged to do so. Although I have been a runner and a hiker all of my adult life, my body has begun to stiffen, and particularly my hips. I am 62, but like many Flagstaff residents enjoy daily physical exercise.
Within a month of participating in both Core and Yin Yoga, my hips were noticeably better and the stiffening had gone.
