Design a class that will enhance the experience you want from your yoga class.
You choose a warm-up, a main focus and a cool down to build a full class that reaches your goal for your practice.
Here’s What to Expect:
You get to design a custom class by picking three video’s from a bank of classes in order to get the most out of your practice. You have lifetime access to your DIY class!
-Choose from a list of short videos what will help prepare your body for a more rigorous sequence.
-Decide what area of the body or peak pose you want your asana practice to target.
-Cool down your body with 10-15 minutes of seated and supine poses, including savasana.
